Charge Your Phone With Your Breath

This is wind power at work, at its very finest. And it seems to be very green, and very interesting. AIRE uses energy from the user’s breath to turn tiny wind turbines that apparently generate enough energy to charge a mobile phone. Designed by Paulo Lammoglia, the system has a mask as a primary component.

As you’d guess, the mask serves as the host to the tiny turbines, and can be connected to iOS devices. On its basic principle, the user could charge and use the device at any time and anywhere. With chargers like these, we doubt anyone would ever run out of battery on their phone.

On a related note, with turbines as efficient and powerful as those that would make this concept run, the world would likely produce what can only be described as a shitton of energy. Aire received a RedDot award for his design, and intends to bring the concept into production soon.
